Community Garden and Fairgrounds Roundup
The Fairgrounds has several opportunities for Earth Day service projects.
Community Garden: Thursday 4-7:30 pm
Fairgrounds Roundup: Saturday 9 am-12 pm

Come learn about the future of the community garden and get your garden hands ready for the growing season.
With Teton Food and Farm Coalition Partners (Teton County Fair Board, University of Idaho Extension and 4-H, and Teton Valley Food Pantry)
Teton Valley Community Garden & Horticulture Demos:
4-6pm Garden clean up and prep; participants should come prepared to work outside, bring gloves, and garden tools (weather pending).
6:00pm Vermicomposting demo with UI Extension educator, Jen Werlin
6:30pm Tomato seed saving demo with UI Extension and community seed swap
7-7:30pm Growing microgreens demo and Q&A with Alison Godlewski (local microgreen guru)
Fairgrounds Round-Up: Saturday, April 24th 9am-12pm
Come enjoy Teton views and fresh air while helping the Fair Board tidy up the Fairgrounds! Areas include: outdoor rodeo arena, 4-H horse trail course area, Darby creek drainage area, Lewish-Parish Park picnic area and riding pavilion area. Everything from dirt work, rock mitigation, trash pick up to brainstorming future playground ideas will take place. Don't worry we have a tractor on site for the heavy lifting! Appropriate clothes, boots and gloves will be helpful.
